I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy that may be created in connection therewith. I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless Lush Entertainment, Inc., their heirs, legal representatives, licensees or assigns, from any liability by virtue of digital image processing, blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy. I certify that I am of legal age, that I have read this release and I fully understand its contents.
