Model Registration

To enter our model competition, simply fill out the registration form below (please check the appropriate box) and submit along with a $29 processing fee in U.S. dollars and three (3) current photos. The photographs must NOT have been taken before November 15, 2002. The photographs should include one headshot, one three quarter length shot, and one full-length picture in swimwear.

Participants under the age of 18 must receive permission from their parents or guardian prior to entry.

A portion of fees will be donated to creating scholarships for high school and college students who are also aspiring talent, a chance to further their education while pursuing their dreams at the same time. Contest deadline is June 30, 2004.

SPECIAL NEWS!
As of November 15, 2003, a portion of all fees and sales revenues will be donated to the Emergency Relief Fund for families who suffered losses in the October fires of southern California. Our hearts and prayers go out to all who were affected by that tragedy.
